Green Eggs
Green eggs... made from seeds!

Ingredients

1 cup / ~65g pumpkin seeds

1 teaspoon of: kala namak (black salt), turmeric, garlic powder & onion powder

Oil for frying, black pepper to serve.

Process

Soak seeds overnight, removing skins if you prefer a less green colour (personally, I leave them!)

Blend, combining with other ingredients.

Heat pan with splash oil, add mixture, stir and cook until desired texture (~ 5 minutes)
